Tonight's dinner: fresh ocean trout, marinated with Teriyaki sauce, garlic & chilli.

Bake in the oven until cooked through. Serve with rice & veggies. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Chicken buggers (not a typo). These are so easy & yummy:

100g chicken mince per person, mixed with whatever herbs/spices you like (I use parsley, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, chilli & garlic).

Plus a bread roll/bun with lettuce, tomato & red onion & some Dijon mustard.

Poor Kermit is in the wars, so today he went to the vet. They gave me some antibiotics to administer, to help prevent infection to his torn claw. They're BIG tablets, so I'll coat them in Vegemite & hope for the best.
