Chicken buggers (not a typo). These are so easy & yummy:
100g chicken mince per person, mixed with whatever herbs/spices you like (I use parsley, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, chilli & garlic).
Plus a bread roll/bun with lettuce, tomato & red onion & some Dijon mustard.
